Refund policy

Our policy entails the following provisions:  

Refunds / Exchanges,

Our policy lasts 10 days. Unfortunately, if 10 days have gone by since you received your shipment, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We are not liable for return shipping expenses. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR.

For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable: 

  • Intimate 
  • Bodysuits 
  • Out-of-stock products 
  • Clearance items 
  • Gift cards
  • All drinkware products

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot guarantee exchanges due to limited quantities. You can always contact us for further questions regarding returns and  exchanges at info@sandemboutique.com.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN THE CARE OF USPS, INCLUDING FOR ANY ERRORS OR MISTAKES MADE BY THE CUSTOMER ON THE ADDRESS, SO PLEASE CONTACT USPS WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO CLAIM IT. 

Once a package has a tracking number, we are no longer liable for it.
